Privacy Policy

Version 1.4 · Effective July 26, 2026 · Last updated August 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how TNSE Trading LLC ("OkayHonee," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the OkayHonee website and services (the "Service"). OkayHonee is an entertainment novelty that generates humorous, AI-written interpretations of messages you type. It is not a counseling, legal, medical, or professional service. Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Use.

Our commitments, in short:

Because your messages are processed by artificial intelligence, please do not submit information you need to keep confidential, and do not submit another person's sensitive information without their consent.

1. Who We Are & Scope

The Service is operated by TNSE Trading LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. For privacy questions, contact us at [email protected].

This Policy applies to the OkayHonee website and related services. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control, including those linked from the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not use the Service. See Section 12 (Children's Privacy).

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Content you submit. The messages you type (for example, what you say another person said or did) and the AI-generated responses. Your messages frequently describe other people (such as a spouse or partner); that content is stored as described below. Messages are limited to 300 characters.
  • Account information (if you sign in). When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information from that provider, which may include your email address, name, profile image, and a provider-assigned user identifier.
  • Device and usage information. A randomly generated device identifier stored on your device, general platform (for example, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), and browser family, derived from your browser's user-agent and client hints.
  • Network information. Your IP address is used transiently for rate-limiting and bot/abuse prevention and may be processed by our infrastructure and security providers (see Sections 8 and 9). We do not store your IP address in your conversation records.
  • Aggregate metrics. A non-identifying counter increments on page loads to display a total visit count.

You may use the Service without signing in. Anonymous use is still associated with your device identifier, and your messages are still collected and stored as described in this Policy.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide the Service and generate AI responses to your messages;
  • Maintain your conversation history and account (for signed-in users);
  • Enforce usage limits and prevent fraud, abuse, and automated misuse;
  • Analyze, debug, maintain, and improve the Service, including reviewing messages and responses to evaluate and improve quality;
  • Communicate with you (see Section 10);
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

5. AI Processing

To generate a response, we send your message and our instructions to established third-party artificial intelligence providers under commercial API agreements. We select providers based on quality, cost, and reliability, and the providers we use may change over time.

Those providers process your message to return a response and may retain it briefly to detect abuse and misuse, in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Depending on the provider and service tier, a provider may also use submitted content to improve its own products and services, and provider personnel may review content. For this reason you should assume your messages are readable by our providers: do not enter anything you need kept private or confidential. A current list of the providers we use is available on request at [email protected].

AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or wrong. They are provided for entertainment only.

6. Conversations With a Person

OkayHonee offers an optional, paid feature in which a real person reads what you write and writes back. What you send in that feature is read by a human being — that is the point of it. This section describes what happens to those messages. The feature itself is governed by our Terms of Use.

What we store. The messages you and the person exchange, the times they were sent and read, the country code our network provider reports for your connection, your message credit balance, and a record of credits granted, bought and spent. We show you a notice about this before your first message. If you fill in a profile, we also store what you put there — your name, your profile photo, your birthday and whatever you write about your interests. All of it is optional, all of it is editable, and you can remove your photo at any time.

Who can read it. The person replying to you, and staff of TNSE Trading LLC who review conversations for safety, quality, training our people, preventing abuse, and complying with law. The person replying sees your messages and your first name (or, if we have no name for you, the part of your email address before the @) and your profile photo, if you have set one. They do not see your full email address, your birthday, or what you wrote about your interests. Do not send anything you are not willing to have a real person read.

Where it does not go. These messages are not sent to our AI providers, and are not used to generate AI output. When we notify the person that someone is waiting, that notification contains no message content, no name, and no email address — only that a conversation is waiting.

Deletion. These conversations are deleted along with everything else when you delete your account, on the same terms as the rest of this Policy.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

When you delete a conversation, it is deleted. We permanently remove the conversation and its messages from our database. We do not keep a hidden copy, and we do not retain the content for analysis, training, or product development.

Deleting your account deletes your information. If you delete your account, we permanently remove your conversations, messages, and account profile from our database. Residual copies may persist briefly in routine encrypted backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis.

We keep information that you have not deleted for as long as you use the Service, and we keep limited records where the law requires it. Temporary operational data is short-lived: cached responses for roughly seven days, and abuse-prevention counters for roughly 24 hours. One exception, stated plainly because the sentence above would otherwise be misleading: if you claim the free messages for the paid feature described in Section 6, we keep a record that your device has used its allocation, permanently, so that one allocation stays one. That record holds no message content and is removed when you delete your account.

Information about other people. Because users often describe other people, we may hold information about someone who is not a OkayHonee user. If you believe another person has submitted information about you, contact us at [email protected] and we will handle your request as required by applicable law.

8. How We Share Information (Service Providers)

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and as required by law:

  • AI providers — processing of your messages to generate a response (see Section 5).
  • Hosting and database providers — storage of your conversations and, if you sign in, your account profile.
  • Security and bot-protection providers — distinguishing humans from automated abuse (see Section 9).
  • Error and performance monitoring — technical logs and error reports, which are not designed to receive your message text.
  • Payment processing (Stripe) — if you buy message credits, your payment details go directly to Stripe, Inc. and are handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We receive a customer identifier and a record of the purchase. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Notification delivery — a workflow and messaging provider used to alert the person replying that a conversation is waiting. As described in Section 6, that alert carries no message content, name, or email address.

These providers are bound by contract to process information only on our instructions. A current list of our service providers is available on request at [email protected].

We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests and legal process, protect the rights, property, and safety of OkayHonee, our users, and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

9. Cookies, Local Storage & Bot Protection

We use browser local storage to keep a device identifier (for usage limits) and, if you sign in, your authentication session. These are necessary for the Service to function.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and sends a verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare for validation; Cloudflare may set its own storage for this purpose. Turnstile is designed to be privacy-preserving and is not used to advertise to you. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Marketing & Communications

If you sign in, we may use your email address to send you service and transactional messages (for example, security or account notices, and material changes to these policies). We may also send you product updates and marketing messages about OkayHonee and related products.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service or transactional messages. We honor applicable anti-spam laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Canada's CASL where they apply.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk and should not submit information you cannot afford to have disclosed.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at [email protected].

13. Your Choices & Rights

You can stop using the Service at any time. Inside the Service you can delete an individual decode, delete a whole conversation, and — if you are signed in — delete your entire account from your profile. These deletions are permanent (see Section 7). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), the EU/UK (GDPR), and other jurisdictions with privacy laws may have additional rights.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law (for example, for safety, legal, or record-keeping purposes).

14. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States, and your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your country. Regardless of where you are located, you should not submit information you need kept confidential. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
